A plan is meant to make your life easier, not lock you into something that doesn’t fit. Here’s how we keep it flexible and practical.

Do I have to pick Bronze, Silver, or Gold before I get a quote?
No. Most people simply tell us what they want help with and roughly how often. We’ll draft a plan that fits and show you which “colour” it most closely lines up with.
Can I change my plan after we start?
Yes. It’s normal to adjust frequency, services, or plan level after a month or a season. We’d rather tweak the plan than have you quietly unhappy with how it feels.
How does pricing work with plans?
Each plan is built from individual services, but instead of a random pile of line items, you see one straightforward summary. As we move forward, we can also show example price ranges for different home types so you know roughly what to expect.
What if I just want one-time work?
One-time projects (move-in clean, seasonal yard clean-up, etc.) are absolutely fine. We’ll treat that as a project quote. If it makes sense, we’ll also show what it would look like to roll it into a plan so you can see the difference.
